About İREM

Hello there! I completed my mat pilates and reformer, tower, cadillac, pregnant pilates and stretching trainings. I have been an active sports and dance instructor for about 10 years and currently I continue to work only in the field of sports. The field that I work most intensively is medical exercise. I consciously do support training for disorders such as posture disorders and hernia. As long as you get approval from your doctor.

With the outbreak of the pandemic, I started to do my lessons online as well. Therefore, you have the chance to do quality exercise in the comfort of your home.

I live in Tuzla, Istanbul. I use one room of my house as a gym and study room. Therefore, you have the opportunity to come to my house and take one-on-one lessons.

At the same time, I received a health and nutrition coaching certificate from a private education institution. I have been doing nutrition coaching in addition to my pilates classes for years. Thus, we can get more effective results.

I have been involved with sports since my childhood. I played basketball as a licensed player. At the same time, I actively practiced folk dance for 20 years AND got the instructor's certificate. Even before the name of Pilates was not heard in Turkey, I actively practiced pilates in warm-up, strength and cooling training in every sport and dance branch I did.

FOR ALL THESE REASONS, I LOVE MY JOB AND DO IT WITH GREAT LOVE. EVERY DAY, I RECEIVE TRAININGS, READ AND RESEARCH TO ADD NEW INFORMATION TO MY SAVINGS.

About the lesson

I can also teach face-to-face classes in my own home. But this only applies to single-person lessons. If you want to get together with your friends and take group lessons, I have face-to-face and online options. For face-to-face lessons, the lesson venue should be a place that you determine and suitable for the number of people. For online lessons, I am currently doing group lessons for maximum 3 people. The reason is that I want to prevent you from making mistakes by following your images more carefully. because sports are no joke. It can cause injury if done unconsciously. That's why I focus all my attention on you. As the images get smaller in online training, the efficiency decreases. That's why I try not to increase the number of people.

I am progressing in Pilates classes with a program that is completely suitable for you. I follow your diet closely. The point is not to gain or lose weight, but to have a healthier body. In this sense, if you listen to my word, I can reach you to the result you want.

In addition, as someone who has studied teaching for years and actively teaches at a high school, I am very experienced in identifying and motivating students' needs. And I act consciously.

Online lesson: 1 lesson per week 100 TL
2 lessons per week 190 TL
3 lessons per week 280 TL
online package lessons: 5 lesson package 450 (must be used within 15 days)
10 lesson package 900 (must be used within 30 days)
When the terms of use expire, the remaining courses will be deemed to have been completed.

FACE TO FACE PRIVATE LESSONS
150 TL in my own house
200 TL at the student's home

I only teach for women. There is no package fee for face-to-face lessons. Valid for nearby students.
