About Andrea
Hello, I’m Andrea — a well-being practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families in both Canada and the UK. My work blends creative strategy, therapeutic insight, and real-life tools to support those navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and executive functioning challenges. I’ve spent years working in schools, private practice, and family settings, helping individuals not only succeed academically but also build confidence, self-awareness, and practical coping tools. My Approach:
Each person learns and processes the world differently — especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. My sessions are designed to meet individuals where they are, offering a calm, non-judgmental space where we build tools that actually work in daily life.
Working across both the UK and Canada, I bring a flexible, creative approach shaped by over 20 years of experience in education, mental health, and neurodiversity support. Sessions are rooted in understanding and respect — not pressure.
I use a variety of methods, depending on each person’s needs: visual mapping, routine-building, mindfulness, journaling, emotional coaching, and sometimes food- or art-based strategies to help with expression and regulation.
A typical session might include:
A calming check-in or grounding moment
Discussion around current challenges (e.g., focus, motivation, emotional regulation)
Practical, creative tools or exercises
A clear takeaway or strategy
Optional parent follow-up (for younger clients)
What sets me apart is the way I integrate therapeutic understanding, creative strategy, and real-life support. I'm not a one-size-fits-all tutor — we work together to find what feels doable, engaging, and supportive.
