About Mya
I am a student working out of Ontario with a love for writing and reading. I can read a 500-page book in almost an hour, it is amazing what good literature can do for your education. I write stories in my free time as well and love brainstorming ideas for new short books or even poems. I have always excelled in English and can't wait to help others excel also.

I teach students with visuals, I understand for a lot of students seeing what you are about to learn is better than just being told what to do. My typical lesson plan would include a small glimpse into the big picture of the lesson, then gradually move on to the parts that a student may find difficult. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I am not here to strictly teach, I am here to encourage and make sure you know when you are improving and what might help you improve if you are struggling. I believe my strategies are best fit for grades 1 to 10 but I am willing to try and help between grades 11-12 if requested.
