About Niamh

I am a 21-year-old law student, currently on placement in Dublin but originally from Cork! Politics has always been a massive interest of mine and I am always eager to not only teach students about it but also have engaging discussions.

About the lesson

I plan to teach the entirety of the Leaving Cert Politics & Society course. I can teach the course in under 8 months or else across 2 academic years. My lessons are interactive, topical and fun with an emphasis on exam preparation and overarching understanding. I take a structured approach to my teaching but also wove in dialogue and critical discussion.

Niamh is a brilliant teacher. She began teaching me the politics course at the start of 6th year and she was fantastic!! She moved through the course quickly but efficiently, making sure I fully understood each key concept. Niamh knew the exam paper inside out and knew how to get results. I couldn’t recommend her enough as I achieved a H1 in the subject all thanks to Niamh !
