My Teaching method is by telling the student what I am about to teach first. I start off with a thing I call a 'Do Now' which is a set of Foundation questions that I use to learn about the students understanding of some subjects. Once I have finished the 'Do Now' I will get on to the definition of the Subject I am teaching for example: 'Algebra: the portion of math in which letters and other general icons are used to represent numbers and volumes in formulae and equations.
