About Eli
I am currently studying History at the University of Manchester, I am currently attaining a First Class degree and being encouraged into doing a Master's. I have lots of experience in tutoring specifically with those who are really struggling in their subjects. I am very understanding, patient and calm. I am happy to start at the lowest levels if needs be I have worked with some very unfortunate students in the past, all I ask is that they give me their all. My help can range from providing specific insight into reaching the highest grades, to providing foundational levels of understanding their respective structure. Especially with history, it is likely I will not be especially well versed in your area of study however, I can aid in understanding what examiners are looking for and how to answer questions.

I am very focused on mastering exam technique before anything else. Fundamentally, how much revision you do won't matter if you can't get it on the page. I can also aid with revision in a more practical way such as providing realistic and important questions. Lessons can range from between 1-2 hours, after 2 hours it becomes especially hard for students to focus and there will be diminishing returns. My lessons are primarily for those who are in their GCSEs and A-levels (18-13).
