About Vivi
I have been learning to dance since I was three years old. I started with jazz ballet, then at the Győr Dance School I was introduced to classical ballet, modern dance and contemporary dance. After that, I graduated abroad at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, where I acquired a significant part of my contemporary, performing and technical knowledge. In 2021, I founded a collective with my colleagues, and we are regular performers in the programs of Trafó and MU Theater. In addition to being a performer, I have long been attracted to teaching, so I started a few years ago, and this year I would like to offer private lessons to those who are open to it, would like to develop themselves, or are suddenly encountering difficulties. My pedagogical sensitivity and expertise come partly from my work as a nurse, and partly from the fact that I like to deal with people, pay attention to them and accompany them in their own processes. I had the opportunity to work abroad, dance with a Belgian company, and collaborate with great artists at home.

I currently teach yoga-pilates fusion and dance classes in two separate locations in Budapest, where I use my own method called Mycore, which helps us develop our body awareness and, starting from ourselves, we can develop in a personalized way in the fusion and dance styles. The Mycore method involves increasing physical fitness, developing coordination, finding our own dance, and getting to know ourselves. Mycore is more of a methodological, professional approach than a form or specific practice. I highly recommend the styles listed above, which were an integral part of my studies. Whatever style you decide on, I will start the class with a conversation, with a short introduction, where we will formulate the relationship we develop with dance and the class itself. An intimate connection is important to me, as dance, movement, and body awareness are a path to ourselves and a path to each other.
