About Talicia
I am an Education Support Officer (ESO) willing to offer help and support to students from Year 3 - 12 with working on growing on their English skills. I have not been an ESO for very long, as I have only just completed my course at the end of 2018. Even though I have not been ESO for very long, I have had some experience working with students well I was doing placement.
I am an understanding person that you are only doing your best and that you are having trouble. This is way why I am here to help grow your understanding and knowledge, working as a team I am sure by the end you will be able to understand the work better.

I am the type of person who had trouble with my learning throughout my schooling years. So, I myself would understand what the students are feeling so I would do my best to include everyone. I wish to help and grow their knowledge, show that they are capable to understand and complete the tasks what hand.
