Vidya makes sure all.her students are comfortable doing any asanas. Teaching yoga online and making students comfortable doing all the asanas is very tough. But vidya makes does it with ease. She knows the benefits of all the asanas and makes sure that all.her students knows about it. And helps us do asanas with step by step so no one will hurt themselves. I am learning yoga since a year under her guidence and have improved my health, flexibility, mind and body coordination. Learnt to be patient in any situation. I highly recommend vidya's yoga classes. She is an amazing teacher.
