About Shianne
I believe that engaging in classic literature and learning how to properly write anything from professional essays to creative works is great for the developing mind and provides confidence in the workplace and future universities. I’ve seen the most progress in children when the main focus is not only just in memorizing and schoolwork but also when they are able to engage and are encouraged to be creative and feel safe asking questions that most may not have thought to ask such as the why’s and how’s. I’m currently in college working on my psychology and counseling degree and in the process of publishing my own work. I look forward to helping you or your child become more confident in their English and writing skills and become the best them possible!

I teach grades 6th-11th, specializing in English skills and creative writing as well as professional writing for essays and papers. I use the current school teaching system for English and writing while still allowing room for creative ideas and exploring! If you or your child learn best through using your own ideas and creativity rather than just memorization and following scripts then I’m definitely the tutor for you!
