I really enjoy making people progress in Muay Thai. My Muay Thai lessons focus on building strong foundations while helping each student develop their own fighting style. My teaching methodology emphasises mastering the basics with correct form and movement efficiency before increasing speed and power to ensure a safe and correct progression. My sessions include technical drills, footwork, conditioning, improving technique and form. If possible I will also integrate pad work, controlled sparring and clinching to help you improve faster. I teach beginners and intermediates and my lessons typically last for an hour but can always be modified to your needs. Whether you are learning Muay Thai for self-defence, improving fitness, preparing for a competition or just for fun, I tailor each lesson to your own goals and pace. I will also advise exercises, stretches and technical drills that you can do on your own to improve faster :) I have been training Muay Thai for 3 years now. I have trained in different gyms around the world, including Thailand. I had my first semi-pro fight in Thailand at Landmark Stadium in Ao Nang, Krabi and won! I am also part of the Loughborough University Muay Thai student union fighting team. I believe I have a good understanding of biomechanics and fitness due to the fact that I am currently studying Sports Sciences at Loughborough University.
