About Avani
Hey there, I'm Avani Gupta, 27 years old, living in Dubai.
I have a Diploma in Yoga Therapy and certificates in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
I teach 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions, group Yoga Classes, and workshops.
I have worked with many people who have high levels of stress, anxiety, menstrual disorders and many other issues. My observation is that these disorders and symptoms start reducing with yoga practices. The mindfulness and calmness helps them connect with themselves and they slowly find ways and willpower to manage the stress and the disorders.

If you are looking to start yoga to improve your health, then Yoga Therapy is the right approach for you.
After an initial assessment of your health condition and medical history, I will choose the yoga practices best suited to you. I will be leading you into safe and effective practices that ease your symptoms and improve your condition.
The session will typically consist of -
Sukshma Vyayam - simple stretches to release stiffness
Asana - yoga postures in therapeutic way with focus on breathing & affected organs
Pranayam - regulated breathing to replenish the energy body
Meditation & Mantra - Breath and body awareness, Yoga Nidra, Beej mantras to heal the affected chakra
Experience in healing and managing - PCOS, Endometriosis, Period Pain, Hormone Imbalance, Knee pain, Back pain, Depression, Constipation, Indigestion, Arthritis and many other issues.

I joined these therapy classes to deal with my PCOS symptoms. My periods are always irregular and I also have pre-diabetes. These sessions have really helped me and my blood reports have also improved now.
