My teaching method is the PPP method. I start off with a warmer to set the scene for the activity. I introduce or review the language to be used; this is my presentation stage. It is important to use a variety of techniques to establish what type of learners I am presenting the lesson to, i.e., kinaesthetic, oral, visual learners. Then I move on to the Practice stage where learners can practice the language in a controlled environment. Lastly, I move on to the Production stage where I can monitor the students' progress. I end off my lesson with a cooler, to summarise the lesson. With younger learners, it is important to raise the energy levels to keep them encouraged.
