About Tejaswini

Tejaswini, currently pursuing MBA, passionate about learning and teaching, with students as the main focus. Most of the methods I use in teaching are picked from experience, while teaching kids at shelter home. This experience has helped me to become a empathetic teacher, with keeping students as the main focus.

About the lesson

In Student Centric classrooms, the student is the main focus, wherein a student's doubts and queries are given importance, unlike Teacher Centric Classrooms, where the teacher usually gives instructions and leaves without clearing the doubts or asking students about their preferred learning methods.
