About Olam
As OLAM, I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over ten years of international teaching experience in China and the United States. I specialize in helping learners build confidence in English through clear instruction, consistent support, and practical communication skills that extend beyond the classroom.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of students, including young children, teenagers, university students, and working professionals. This experience has given me a strong ability to adapt my teaching style to meet different learning needs, personalities, and goals while maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment.
My approach to teaching is both disciplined and encouraging. My teaching approach is practical, interactive, and student-centered. I believe language is best learned through meaningful communication rather than memorization alone. My goal is to help students gain the confidence to use English naturally in academic, professional, and everyday situations.
With more than ten years of teaching experience in China and the United States, I have worked with learners ranging from young children to university students and working professionals. I adapt each lesson to the student's goals, learning style, and current level of proficiency.

What sets me apart is my international experience and cross-cultural perspective. Having lived and taught in China for over a decade, I understand many of the challenges language learners face.
