About Alice
Having majored in Linguistics at Columbia University, I am extremely passionate about language. Moreover, I am particularly interested in improving methods of language teaching and promoting educational equality.
My experience teaching English includes working as a substitute reading comprehension teacher in New Hampshire, teaching ESL to students of diverse backgrounds at the International Rescue Committee in NYC, and undertaking a Fulbright grant as an English teacher in Indonesia. As such, I have experience teaching a diverse array of ages, demographics, and language backgrounds, so no matter who you are or what you bring to the table, I'd be happy to help you reach your goals.

Informed by my years of experience as an ESL instructor, my teaching methods are learner-driven, allowing you to gain real knowledge of the language through experience. We will target reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through role-playing realistic dialogue and real-life scenarios.
