About Shishir

I am Shishir Kumar. I am a graduate and master in English literature. I have remembered all the words of the Oxford dictionary. I have read all the dramas of Shakespeare. I have experience of 15 years. I am B.Ed. I know the pedagogy and teaching skills. I use blended learning and teaching method.

About the lesson

I teach through contextual analysis and synthesis.I use inductive and deductive approach.I enact role play.I use dramatization method.Interation is done through dialogue.I teach word meaning through context and etymology.I teach Nesfield grammar through deductive method .I teach Wren and Martin grammar by inductive method.I teach Shakespeare by dialogue delivery and interactive English.
