About Sabina
I am a singer, dancer and teacher of singing. My encounter with singing is day by day the mirror in which I find I transform and encause my own life. Like all physical arts, dexterity is deserving of patience and ultimately leads us to work on the self: the only true matter. From singing my fullest experience is meeting with others. Contact at that point where I can be seen for who I am. With sound as a meeting tool. In dance, and without much technical dedication (we'll get there) my favorite game is Contact Improvisation. As a teacher my mission is to help the otrx find within himself the tool, which allows him to express himself.

Body in Resonance is a method of meeting the self through sound and breathing. It is nourished by Yoga, Tai Chi, the Marion Moss Essential Sound method and a deep and daily exploration, both in my personal practice and in accompaniment of other systems - sensoriums. Specifically, we work in the first instance with exercises of internal energy movement with the air as an organizing vehicle, of feelings. Air and its location as an excuse to propose certain bodily qualities, to experience ourselves differently. To travel in the inner sensitivity, and bring something of this trip to the everyday. Make that enriched everyday, the instrument body. The own sound space, growing at the same time as the internal space.
