Hi, I'm Dr. Samrin, physical therapist, nutritionist, personal instructor in yoga, weight loss and Pilates currently practicing in Bangalore. My focus is to provide long-lasting results for my patients as well as my clients who want to achieve fitness in any stage of their life.

Hello everyone, I am a practicing physical therapist, nutritionist and personal fitness instructor in: Pilates Pain and posture correction Weight loss expert Antenatal classes for moms-to-be. Exercise, nutrition and consistency go hand in hand for any kind of transformation. Sedentary lifestyle is a major cause for most of our health issues and through this we forget that humans are designed to move.
