About Djesse
I have been active in the gym for 3.5 years myself. It is my drive in daily life. I like to immerse myself in the sports world. I myself learn about nutrition, various training methods, etc. I regularly provide people in my immediate environment with nutrition and training schedules. I don't have much teaching experience yet. I have taught on internships in the gym and for my graduation subjects from school and try to gain more experience this way.

Pleased to meet you, I am Djesse! I am 18 years old and excited to get / stay fit with you. In this uncertain period where you have little around you to hold on to, it is important to stay healthy. Mentally and physically. That's why I want to help you with that. We will work together to get through this period as healthily as possible. This can be done at the request of your own needs. The classes I offer are all online. This may change in the future on personal request.
