Learn to self-regulate your nervous system and go deep within your being through meditation to positively change your mental-emotional health. This class is not to end anxiety, as a psychologist and professional yoga teacher I believe that "What you resist persists" But when you accept your true potential and remember that you have authority, it is when the liberation and healing act. your subconscious becomes conscious. With unconditional love Ana

I know her as a paicologist, and believe me she is very professional, super friendly, I highly recommend her!!!Yoga classes at Claridad by Ana Heredia are amazing: she knows pretty well physical and philosophical yoga basements, but her gentle, soft and sweet personality guides you into joyful experience.
