I know what goes through your mind daily, I can understand the dissatisfaction it brings when we commit something to ourselves but still fail to do so. The only thing that can actually help you create the lifestyle you dream is you yourself, I'll just be a guiding light and friend. As someone interested in shaping lives for better a more contexualized approach is what i follow and here is the structure ive come up with for that:
- 1 to 1 Free Introductory Connect (15-30 minutes ): Will try to know more about you and your lifestyle and where i can pitch in and bridge the gaps.
- 1 to 1 Sessions to deep dive into your daily routines, how you manage your day, your keystone habits , etc and provide realistic inputs based on your situation and not what theoretically seems possible
- Daily tasks and milestone check to ensure your daily systems keep on building.
- I follow a handholding approach , so we will achieve our dream lives together :)
- Access to Community of individuals who achieve their goals daily and post it online - Motivation dose sorted !!
