About Memoona
I teach because English is more than words, it is a bridge between people, ideas, and cultures. Through English, we can connect across borders, discuss sports like F1 and football, analyze films like Little Women or Dead Poets Society, and even explore business concepts for the next Shark Tank pitch. English has personally helped me achieve success, like winning a gold medal in a commerce club event for Best Executive Dilemma and Team Peach through eloquent speaking. I want students to see how language shapes thought, creativity, and expression. English helps business students write clearly, structure ideas, and communicate confidently, while literature opens doors to imagination, empathy, and storytelling. In a world leaning on AI and shortcuts, I show that the art of English, literature, and business writing cannot be replaced, and its beauty remains timeless. Plus, I get to share my love for this language while earning a little money and making learning genuinely fun.

I create personalized, interactive, and engaging lessons using spatial activities, bonding with students, and tailoring each session to their interests and strengths. I also use a form to identify each student’s introspective strengths, ensuring they truly understand what they learn. Lessons typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s needs.
I am Hanni, a C2 English speaker with A grades in AS Level English and Business, A in O-Level English and Business*, IELTS Band 8.5, and experience as a debater, MUN participant, public speaker, and Vice President of the Dramatic Arts and Literature Society at GEMS WSS Sharjah. I speak English, Hindi/Urdu fluently, with some Arabic and French.
I teach beginner English learners, O-Level English and Business students (grades 8–10, ages 14–20), and anyone preparing for IELTS, helping them gain confidence, clarity, and top results.
