About Katharina
I have over 15 years of experience in working with people who wanted or had to change careers, who felt unhappy and stuck, were in unsatisfactory relationships or have faced major life changes such as the birth of a child, divorce, bereavement or moving abroad.
My clients come from all walks of life, some are in business, others are stay at home parents as well as students. Some live in the UK whereas others reside in Europe and Asia. As a bilingual person, I coach in German and English. My clients often mention that they like my flexible approach and being held accountable for agreed actions.

Contact me if you want to see results in creating a mindset that will benefit your present and future. I work with clients who face life transitions such as career or relationship changes, relocation, starting university or retirement or who feel stuck.
Over the past 15 years I have supported people in letting go of limiting beliefs and fears, to move on from jobs, relationships or take on more challenging roles. This has helped them to be, feel, perform and live better. Clients value that I hold them accountable for agreed actions. I strongly believe that by developing resilience and a reflective mindset everyone can lead a more purposeful life.
I have trained and qualified with the National College for Teaching and Leadership and the Brentwood Open Learning College.
After each session you will receive tasks from me which you have to complete before our next session. I will also check in on you either via WhatsApp, email or a phone call between sessions depending on your preference.
Life coaching is solution based and we look forward rather than into your past because the aim is to enable you to find clarity and a way to live the life you desire.
Our meetings take place online or on the phone. This again is up to you. In addition, I have noticed that some clients do not want to use cameras in sessions, that is totally acceptable and I have successfully coached clients who prefer to not be seen. Each session takes 50 minutes.
