About Cynthia
I've been tutoring since high school and continued to do so throughout college. My favorite moment is when my students are able to have their "ah-ha" moment, and I can see their confidence not only in themselves but their knowledge grow and blossom.
I was born and raised in San Jose, CA, and attended UCDavis for my undergraduate degree. I graduated with a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a GPA of 3.98.

I always ask my students to send me their material/what they want to cover at least 24 hours in advance. This lets me create a lesson plan catered to their needs, and it also gives me the time to prepare any questions I think his/her teacher may ask on upcoming exams.
I take the time to get to know my student outside of an academic setting, so that together, we can build trust with one another.
I'm opening to tutoring all grade levels including college.
