About Tien
I focus on teaching skills and adaptions to individual symptoms of neurodivergence, if necessary, because I am neurodivergent and aim to be the help I needed to thrive academically when I was younger.
That being said, I have a 3.1 GPA as I prepare for a heavily research-based profession, and my favorite tutoring experiences have been with dyslexic students teaching me more about the learning process.

I am a neurodivergent college student offering study skills and test-taking support for primary and secondary students, with experience in helping neurodivergent students gain self-confidence outside of the school structure.
I believe that we are all always learning and that my best learning and tutoring experiences have also been my most challenging. This reflects itself in my individual-centered approach to tutoring.
Currently, I'm focusing on test-taking prep for the major standardized exams, writing as a skill, and tutoring for social studies (Economics/Government/History).
