About Caden
As a graduate of PC college, I have been trained to involve parents as much as possible, especially with special education in mind. Your input matters, and as such, you will be in control.
I have a strict code of professionalism, and as such, will be sure to be on time with meetings, inform you of any changes in teaching, keep you updated with progress monitoring, and so on.
Your child's safety and well-being matter more than anything else, and as such, if you need to have a chat with me on what makes your family comfortable, please do so.

lessons typically will last as long as they need to; as little as 30 minutes and as long as 3 hours depending on student need.
What to expect:
- Off the bat, I will begin with assessments to gather data on ability, strengths, weaknesses, and so on. This will give me a great idea about where your child currently is.
- Lessons are planned based on IEP goals (with your permission), state curriculum standards, and your personal feedback as a parent (because YOU matter).
- Lessons will follow a simple I DO, WE DO, and YOU DO sequence so your child gets the appropriate practice needed to succeed. This will happen regardless of lesson topic.
**I hope this description helps, please feel free to ask me about anything, I am more than willing to adapt**
