I believe strongly in taking the time to get to know each student as an individual, to understand their motivations and to help them to achieve their goals. I am not afraid to challenge students to get the best from them, or to encourage them to be bold and ambitious in their thinking and writing. Fundamentally, I believe in fostering curiosity, and giving each student the tools they need to realise their potential.
