About Becca
I have been a private tutor in all areas of math and science since I was in 8th grade, and my pedagogical skills and knowledge have only developed. I have TAed both Computer Science and Philosophy so I am familiar with a range of educational styles. I also am an orientation leader for the Center for Teaching and Learning at Penn so I actually help train TAs across all departments at Penn! I am passionate about education and looking forward to inspiring people in STEM.

I am a Head Teaching Assistant for the intro to programming course at UPenn so I have experience teaching and developing curriculum for first time coders! I love math and science and am excited to share my passion with any high schooler studying programming through college students studying data structures and algorithms. My skills involve creative ways to explain complicated topics and developing useful practice problems along the way. I am a huge proponent of inclusivity in the CIS sphere so I want to make computer science education accessible to all! I am soon graduating from Penn with a double major in Computer Science and Philosophy and will be attending University of Cambridge in the UK to study Ethics of AI, Data, and Algorithms!
