About Lottie
Hi! I'm Lottie, a first-year Pharmacy student at the University of Nottingham. I'm passionate about tutoring because I understand how challenging exams can be. I once struggled with exams myself, but after experimenting with different techniques, I managed to improve significantly -jumping two grades in two of my A-levels: from a B to an A* in English Literature and from a C to an A in Chemistry in just a few months. This journey helps me to empathise with exam-related anxiety and equips me to provide the encouragement and confidence you need to achieve top marks.

I only teach content relevant to the exams, giving example past paper questions and model answers. I adapt my teaching style to best suit the student, reinforcing exam technique by enforcing regular practice (after all the specification is covered) to give students the best chance and experience at sitting their exams. Students can also contact me with quick questions or queries, and feedback will be regularly collected to ensure I deliver the best quality of teaching possible to suit each person.
