About Dpr

I have spent most of my working life doing hard physical labour from crawling through roof spaces to dragging branches and after 15 years my body started to fall apart, that was when I found yoga vinyasa more specifically and fell in love. I have been practising for three years and have recently finished my 200hr teacher training. I have a deep desire to share my passion and assist with releasing and bonding to ones self and existence her self through the art of movement, the acknowledgement of as well as conscious control of the body and the breath and the acceptance of now.

After applying some essential oils (and making sure ones hands are free from residue) I like to begin with some Pranayama (breath work) or yin (soft positions focused on Myofascial lines), then work through a warm up based on but not solely containing the area of the body that requires attention, then build into a flow focusing on any area that needs attention, then ripple out through the rest of the body and finishing with a decent savasana or lay down switch off and let everything go. All whilst having a musical set ( preferably my own creation based on a chakra that needs attention) playing to assist with the connection to the universe and the release of one's self.
