About Krystal
Welcome to the Creative World of MEinc!
From behavioral health emergencies and intervention skills to how to conquer life with anxiety, I have been teaching and facilitating for about 10 years, both within and outside of my time served in the military. I have also taught entry and college-level medical concepts and hands-on applications.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I firmly believe that many road bumps that people experience in life can be easily navigated when they have someone in their circle to help reassure them of themselves and to let go of the victim mentality.
