About Raj
I am a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Actuarial and Statistical Sciences. I currently work as an Actuarial Analyst however I have plenty of previous experience tutoring students and helping them grow in the topics that they need help with. I have tutored students ranging from ages 6 to 22 in a variety of topics in mathematics, economics and business.

I believe that the best way to tutor is to allow for an open plan lesson. Students already follow a rigid schedule in school and follow a rigid study plan set by their teachers, so my personal goal is to allow the students to let me know what topics they would like covered and we can cover them together. We can also work through assignments together as a means of teaching as I believe that the best way to teach is to give the students experience in what they want to learn.
