About Harsh
Started my career as a Valuations Analyst working on Mergers and Acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Then moved to another company and provided dedicated support and advisory with respect to Restructuring and Delisting. Later, I worked at Bank of America in their Financial controls department. Worked on operations as well for the first time leading to multiple process improvements. Currently, working at EY-Parthenon over the summer as a Strategy Consultant.
