About Laurie
As a Plain Language Consultant for 25 years, I have helped countless clients and students transform their relationship with the written word. After graduating with a Master of Arts in English Literature, I myself had to unlearn habits that had been shackling my writing process and style for years. I have made a living as a writer, ghostwriter, teacher and communications consultant, for business, law, government and academia. My greatest accomplishments are helping people turn everyday writing into something easy and enjoyable.
