About Renu
I am a YCB certified yoga teacher with 35 years of self-practice. I bring a lot of experience and traditional knowledge to our sessions. My teaching style is practical and safe. I do not rush my students, You will learn at your own comfortable speed. I specialize in women's health. I help women gain physical strength, reduce stress, and improve flexibility.
My Teaching Methods
*Customized Plans: I change the exercises to fit your body and your personal health goals.
*Easy Steps: I break down hard Ashtanga and Hatha poses into simple steps so you do not get hurt.
*Breathing & Mind: I teach you how to breathe correctly to calm your mind and lower your stress.
*Deep Rest: I use Yoga Nidra and meditation to help you relax deeply and sleep better.

My classes are made just for you and your health goals. We will use a mix of active Ashtanga, steady Hatha, and deeply relaxing Yoga.
#What Happens in a Class? (60 Minutes)
1. Breathing (5–10 mins): Simple breathing exercises to calm down.
2. Warm-up (10 mins): Easy movements to warm up your muscles safely.
3. Yoga Poses (30 mins): Doing Hatha or Ashtanga poses chosen just for you.
4. Cool Down (5 mins): Slow, gentle stretches to relax.
5. Final Rest (5–10 mins): Ending with Yoga Nidra or meditation to refresh your mind.
#Timings & Free Trial
* Flexible Hours: You can choose morning, afternoon, or evening timings that fit your daily schedule.
* First Lesson Free: Your first trial class is 100% free. We will talk about your goals and try a few easy poses.
#In-person home visits and private home sessions are strictly available for female students only. Online classes are open to all students of any gender or age group.
