About Aurora
With 9 years of piano teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Collaborative Piano, I guide students on a journey of musical growth and discovery. My teaching approach emphasises critical thinking, musicality, and individualised learning, ensuring each student develops their unique voice at the piano. I believe in holistic development, combining music theory, ear training, history, and technique to create well-rounded musicians. Lessons are designed to strengthen both technical skills and expressive interpretation. I have worked with students ranging from Early Intermediate to Advanced Intermediate levels, as well as Professional and Expert learners. By focusing on understanding music deeply rather than just memorising pieces, I help students gain confidence and creativity at every stage. Each lesson is tailored to meet individual goals, whether preparing for exams, performances, or personal growth. My aim is to inspire a lifelong passion for music and foster independence at the keyboard.
