Inspired by a wonderful English teacher when I was in school, I strive to create a friendly, approachable, and engaging learning environment. Perfect! Well, first off, Eleanor is super on time. Alyssa isn't exactly a big fan of studying, but after taking the Eleanor’s class, she said Eleanor is even better than her school teachers, really patient, and great at inspiring her to write.

Hey Maryam! It was so nice to meet Ibrahim today. He was really focused in my class, and I think the Reading Explorer workbook is challenging him to find information from the text and apply it to the answers, which he needs to practice. He was good at reading aloud and showing his understanding of the text through our discussions. I would like to give him some homework to practice extracting more information from the text we read in class. We also reviewed parts of speech in the lesson, like verbs, adverbs, nouns and adjectives, and I asked Ibrahim to use his reviewed knowledge to identify the part of speech of some words in our text. He is a really hardworking boy, and I would be very pleased to continue our lessons. Thank you!
