About Lacey

Twenty-four years of academic instruction have refined my ability to simplify complex systems for students pursuing advanced science paths. My Master of Science in Chemical Physics from the University of Toronto underpins a methodology focused on precise reasoning rather than rote memory. I have mentored countless individuals in numerical problem solving, circuit analysis, practical and lab work, and thermodynamics to ensure they master the underlying physical laws.

Helping learners transition from basic concepts to rigorous exam preparation remains the core of my professional life. This journey began decades ago and continues to inform how I explain the world.

Clarity during technical instruction depends on identifying exactly where a student creates a mental roadblock. I dedicate 9.0 minutes of every hour to analyzing why a specific calculation failed before correcting the physics behind it.

We move through circuit analysis and lab requirements with a deliberate pace that mirrors actual university expectations. My 13 years of experience allow me to anticipate common pitfalls in thermodynamics problems before they occur. I suggest we focus on the logic of each derivation to build your confidence for upcoming assessments. You will find that my approach emphasizes the reasoning process above all other factors.
