About Joaquin

I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher.
Study at the International School of Yoga.
I did courses on Meditation, Pranayama, Tibetan Bowls.
I teach Yoga classes online and in person.
I am especially interested in being able to help people to relax the body and calm the mind.

About the lesson

The classes are oriented to Integral Yoga. It means that different types of yoga are addressed.
In general, the class begins first by becoming aware of the moment and the breath.
Then a "Namaskar" or Salute is made, which can be the greeting to the sun or greeting to the moon for example.
Then we do postures (which vary in the different classes).
Finally savasana, where you concentrate and relax your body and mind.
The classes are aimed at all levels, since each one can do as much as he can, without forcing anything. Always looking for a way for everyone to participate.
Home is based on a warm-up greeting. To begin to connect with the body and the breath. Looking little by little through a movement to recognize how we are. It is important to go down a few declines at the beginning.
Then we go to the postures that in general are somewhat maintained to be able to delve into each posture.
Finally we finish with savasana or final relaxation. Where I sometimes use Tibetan bowls as an accompanying sound.

Excelente profesor! Muy perceptivo, Elabora la clase de acuerdo a la necesidad del alumno. Te va guiando con una voz súper clara y Usa cuencos para la parte de la relajación. Súper recomendado!
