About Kristina

I am a certified yoga instructor. I love restorative and yin yoga. My emphasis is meeting the clients' needs where they are. Yoga is about you: your breath, your mindfulness, your heart, your movement. Everything else is icing on the top. Yoga saved my life and I know that it can save yours too. Let's begin your yoga journey today.

About the lesson

I specialise in teaching people who are new to yoga. You do not need to have any experience at all. Many people worry that they are not flexible enough to do it. Flexibility is a happy result of yoga, not a requirement to it. Yoga is a non-judgmental space, where you can be yourself, and it is all up to you. You can start where you are.
