About Emma
I have been practicing yoga for almost 6 years. At the end of 2019 I followed a 200-hour "Teacher Training" in Vinyasa Flow, certified by Yoga Alliance. I started my career in finance in Paris almost 2 years ago, and I have not stopped practicing yoga which has helped me daily in this life at 100 miles an hour. Today leading me in the world of entrepreneurship, I decided to devote myself to my practice and its teaching.

A typical Vinyasa flow session combines a series of more or less dynamic postures with softer moments and relaxation. With Ashtanga postures as a basis, Vinyasa flow synchronizes breath and movements. This practice is characterized by fluidity, freedom and creativity. My classes reflect my passion for music and dance, while keeping the alignment of yoga postures. The course is punctuated by music, which allows the student to let go. The playlists are tailor-made, depending on the intensity of the lessons and are composed of electronic, classical, jazz, oriental or even hip-hop music. I begin my lessons with a few calm minutes, to come back to oneself, to become aware of his body, of his breath and to calm the mind. I often include breathing exercises. The practice begins with a warm-up, sun salutations, then a flow according to the theme of the course (opening of a part of the body, physical benefits, preparation of a pose ...). The session always ends with a final relaxation, in Savasana (lying down posture). It can be accompanied by massages to accompany the relaxation of the student. The practice is accessible to both beginners and experienced yogis. It is different, depending on the needs and expectations of the student.
