About Amy

I love working with students on their individual challenges and seeing their confidence and ability develop. I could go on and on, but here's what a recent student has said - "I had the best time at a private yoga class with Amy! She's incredibly friendly and knows so much about yoga and how the body works. About the lesson

My lessons are typically between 50 minutes and an hour, and I would tailor them to your requirements. My classes are most suitable for beginners/intermediates over the age of 18. I have practised yoga for many years and I have been a teacher for a year.
