Nora loves to share the wisdom found in many healing modalities including Theta Healing, Life Coaching, Yoga Therapy, and Sound Therapy. She is a seasoned yoga instructor, an approved yoga school educator with Accreditation through Yoga Alliance. She teaches students of all levels accommodating students with a wide range of challenges, whether physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual. With Yoga Therapy knowledge, Nora prescribes Yogic practices to help bring clients back into alignment, build strength, and clear energy channels to increase the life force. Nora inspires students with her wisdom and motivates them through self-development with ease. "Your thoughts create your reality and we work on how to direct your thoughts to create the life you want to live." With an individualized action plan, you’ll find your way back into alignment, gain insight into your life, and become empowered to step confidently into the future. The yoga sessions I offer are catered to the needs and goals of each client so that they can safely and effectively release tension, increase mobility, reduce pain and gain strength for over all well being.
My clients have recovered from injuries, strengthened weaknesses and improved mobility and flexibility, reporting that they feel less discomfort and more ease in their bodies. They also report sleeping more soundly and having more energy throughout their day. Ultimately, they feel happy with the results of their practices.
Classes are suggested to be done weekly or twice weekly for best results. All you need is your yoga mat, 2 blocks and a blanket and you are set to go.
