About Lucia
I taught myself to cook when I was very young, it became something I loved, something creative and exciting, something I did to take care of myself. I specialise in plant based/vegan/vegetarian dishes. My dishes are something special in my eyes.
I’ve worked in Michelin star restaurants owned by famous chefs such as Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth, among with being very good friends with a many head chefs, with that being said they’re still always very interested to have me show them some of my dishes, they’re always blown away by them and intrigued. Something so different, yet so healthy, YET SO GOOD. I like to show people that being healthy is fun, creative and very rewarding.
I can’t count the amount of people I have made meal preps for. I use food as medicine, I strongly believe anyone’s life can change with a change in their diet.

My method is taking something extravagant but making it simple to do. Educating people on the style of dishes you’re cooking, getting them interested and curious. Especially with plant based dishes, it’s that element of surprise for people’s love for the dishes they wouldn't necessarily usually cook, leaving them pleasantly surprised.
I feel people expect this style of cooking to be so hard with too many ingredients. I like to show people just how easy it can be, how fun it can be and how rewarding it can be!
