Qualified Chef worked in fine dining, all around the kitchen, tutoring part time while studying and working through uni, tutored local apprentices, gone into kitchens around Noosa for hands on lessons, Noosa Alive starter course plating artwork done by me at Woodfire Grill/Ricky's Noosa.

Not a pushy teacher, will never overload or confuse on any topic. I teach through constant motivation to not just reach your goals but to hit a level you didn't even think was possible and find a new version of yourself. The hospitality environment is a stressful place, especially the kitchen. It's like driving a car you need to be focused on the road, but also aware of everything else going on around you so you don't find yourself running off the road. I believe everyone's different and like to pinpoint their strengths and amplify them, I have a saying Authenticity Over Perfection, that's what you'll get with me as your tutor.
