About Sam
Hi there! I used to be a lawyer in London but after experiencing the amazing transformative potential of yoga for myself during a difficult time in my life, I decided to take a leap and become a yoga teacher to share this incredible tool for health, wellbeing, focus and balance with as many people as possible. I trained at Yandara in Baja California, Mexico, where their heart-centred approach left me feeling full of confidence, inspiration, energy and purpose to go out and share this wonderful practice with the world.

300 hour Yoga Alliance RYT (200 hr teacher training, 100 hr yin & restorative) with 2 years full-time teaching experience. My focus is to create an environment where my students feel comfortable, cared for and relaxed, so they can experience the full benefits of the practice. My lessons are typically 60 minutes and include a mix of meditation, breath work, physical postures (asana) and of course relaxation! Suitable for adults of all ages and levels, I especially love teaching beginners.
