I am a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of formal training completed in India, where I had the privilege of learning from experienced gurus. My teaching is deeply rooted in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices, combined with a modern approach that emphasizes mindfulness, balance, and personal growth. As a yogi, I consistently strive to expand my knowledge and understanding of yoga and spirituality by keeping an open mind, heart, and soul.
