About Jennifer
When I first began my yoga journey it was a time where I was also struggling with many things. This included an unwanted weight gain, episodes of anxiety, depression, neck and back injury from a recent car accident. So I was at a stage where I felt powerless. The only thing that made me feel better was going to the gym but this was not giving me the results I wanted so one day I just saw an old mat laying in the apartment and thought why not give yoga a try and that is how my journey began. Soon I began seeing so many changes in me not only physically but mentally and so did other people. Throughout my journey, I lost over 60 lbs, fully recovered from my physical and emotional injuries and it made me extremely happy that I had reached my goals. I’ve come to the realization of how amazing the interconnection of Mind and Body can be and how just getting back on the mat changed my perspective completely. Several people notice the changes I had made in myself and wanted me to share my experience, so I became a certified yoga instructor and want to take my newfound teaching techniques to people everywhere. It started with teaching a couple close friends, then went on to do my teachings online, then a little over 1 year ago was when I decided to open up my own teaching space so I created Cattleya Yoga Studio. I am experienced in multiple styles of yoga, such as hatha, vinyasa, restorative, power, gentle, yin. I also have worked with students of all types.

Perfect! Excellent!
Perfect! First, I want to say that I generally don’t write reviews. However, my experience was truly exceptional, and therefore want to share that Jennifer has a wonderful personality and knows so well how to teach that even someone initially uninterested in yoga loves her lessons. I must also mention that she had managed to create a very special environment in her studio, which is welcoming and makes you feel well through every detail. Finally, the music in her studio is perfect, seamlessly blending with the practice and creating a harmonious atmosphere difficult to put into words.
