Attorney, theatre and film director, actor and acting coach. Graduate of University of Delaware, Stockton University, and NYU School of Law that has performed at the Kennedy Center & Lincoln Center.

I’ve been working with SummerHill Seven on the power of using my words for eloquence and elegance since 2015. His ability to break down a subject to the minutiae of understanding, which allows for the author’s voice to be prominent, is reflected in his teaching but also in his own writings. I’m grateful to have SummerHill as a mentor. An expert in the field of poetry, drama, writing, and communication skills. It is with my highest regards that I recommend him as a teacher and scholar.

To Whom It May Concern,

It is a distinct pleasure to write this letter of support for Summer Hill Seven. Our professional relationship began in the summer of 2016 in Tallahassee, Florida, where I had the privilege of working with him on a film project under his direction, as well as collaborating with him at the Character Center.

Summer is electric, eclectic, and possesses a wonderfully creative, eccentric edge. He is a natural educator who teaches by doing and demonstrating, leading his students through authentic action. As a poet, actor, author, director, and attorney, his multi-disciplinary background brings unparalleled depth to his work. My personal experiences collaborating with him always leave me inspired, pushing me toward deeper contemplation and meaningful creative conversations.

Summer Hill Seven is perfectly suited for the position of Superprof. He brings a rare combination of artistry, intellect, and practical expertise that is impossible to replicate. To miss out on adding him to your platform would be a massive oversight—snooze and you will most definitely lose on this exceptional prospect.

Sincerely,

Renee Matthews Jackson

I know Summer Hill Seven both personally and through his lifelong work as an author, educator, and creative force, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most passionate and multidimensional teachers you will ever meet. His commitment to language, expression, and human development is unmatched.

Summer brings a rare combination of scholarship, artistry, and lived experience into every lesson. He doesn’t just teach English — he teaches clarity, confidence, and the power of finding your own voice. His background as a writer, actor, director, and legal scholar gives his teaching a depth that students immediately feel. He meets people exactly where they are and elevates them.

One of the experiences that stands out most is watching him guide students through complex ideas with ease, humor, and genuine care. He has a gift for making people think deeply while still keeping the room light, engaging, and full of possibility. You walk away not only learning the material, but learning something about yourself.

I recommend Summer Hill Seven to any student seeking a teacher who is brilliant, patient, creative, and wholeheartedly invested in your growth. He is a true educator — the kind who changes how you see language, art, and the world.

Summer Hill is an inspiring person who has been nothing but a pleasure to know. He’s kind, patient, and passionate about teaching, and has been a wonderful colleague, mentor, and friend to me in the time since I’ve met him in graduate school. I recommend Summer Hill if you’re looking for a tutor that will listen to you, provide excellent feedback, and offer a unique perspective that will ultimately help you in the long run.

Summer is a remarkable attorney, an accomplished actor, and one of the most gifted minds I have ever known. His brilliance is matched by his integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to helping others reach their highest potential. Whether he is practicing law, performing on stage, or mentoring those around him, he brings professionalism, wisdom, and genuine care to everything he does.

Students will quickly recognize that Summer is more than an expert in his field—he is a teacher who empowers others to think critically, believe in themselves, and pursue excellence with confidence. He has a unique ability to make complex ideas understandable while encouraging people to develop both character and competence.

What sets Summer apart is not only his impressive achievements but also his humility, discipline, and heart for serving others. He inspires trust because he leads by example. His words carry weight because his life reflects the principles he teaches.

I wholeheartedly recommend Summer Hill to anyone looking for a mentor, educator, or leader. I am confident that every student who has the opportunity to learn from him will leave better equipped, more confident, and inspired to pursue greatness with integrity.

I met the author a number of month's ago. As a result of our wide-ranging and scintillating conversation, I ordered and read his book, Squircular!: An Actor's Tail. The author's intellect, thoughtfulness, and unique view of his (and our) life journey is simply a pleasure to experience through the book. There is a healing quality and a kindness to each insight. The book is playful, surprising, and poignant. Each time an insight drops into the semi-linear narrative (a sort of a hip-hop auto-biography riffing on several repeated themes) it was unexpected and enlightening. This book should appeal to seekers, the generally curious, and those who seek community and commonality with others. Recommended

Someone who understands life and it’s myriad subtleties and conundrums. A truly skilled and seasoned professional.

The insights from the magnificent brain of Summerhill.

SH7 provided my students the opportunity to express themselves through movement. Event the most shy students began to move and feel the rhythm of the music. Every student, teacher, and paraprofessional involved in the dance sessions enjoyed their time. SH7 brought joy and laughter to every session, with a wide range of music genres. We are very lucky to have experienced dance with SH7.
Raa Middle School, CBI class, thanks you!

I wholeheartedly recommend Poemedy.com and Summer Hill Seven. Summer conducted two artist residence programs for Arts4All Florida in Tallahassee this year. The fall program took place at RAA Middle School where, for eight weeks, Summer led a special education class on a dance and movement journey. It was an incredible success that inspired and motivated students and teachers alike. Teacher Emily Cain praised Summer's work as her students danced and expressed themselves in new, imaginative ways. Everyone in the program gained newfound artistic and social skills and innovative ways to communicate. Summer also guided a dance and poetry residency at Lighthouse of the Big Bend's summer camp. Camp coordinator Jalonda Thompson wrote "our students thoroughly enjoyed the experience!" Summer knows how to reach people - young and old; sighted and non-sighted; able and disabled. We are grateful to have him as a teaching artist for the state organization on arts and disability. He brings our vision to life as he creates a space in which the arts are universally accessible and inclusive.
